Are my designs private and protected?

Absolutely. All designs are private and siloed to your account. They are never shared with or accessible by any other shop owner — including the design departments of any shops we're affiliated with. Your intellectual property is yours.
Can you handle multi-size family orders?

Yes. Orders with multiple items in different sizes (mom, dad, kids) are handled seamlessly. Each item gets its correct design and size, processed as a single unit. You can also combine separate orders from the same customer to save on shipping.
What happens if there's a quality issue?

All prints are backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If a customer has a quality or printing complaint, we take full responsibility and reship at no cost — immediately. You never eat the cost on defects.
How does billing work?

Net-7 billing. All orders shipped Monday through Sunday aggregate onto one invoice dispatched Monday. Review it, audit it. Auto-billing Tuesday. By then, Etsy has already deposited the funds — you pay with money already in your bank account.
Can I use the word "onesie" in my listings?

Yes — we have a direct partnership with Gerber. We ship genuine Gerber® products with authorized trademark usage. We proactively notify Gerber of your affiliation so there's no risk of mistaken reporting from their legal team.
How long does setup take?
