Typical production time is 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected, ranging from 2-5 business days for domestic to 7-14 days for international orders.

What printing techniques do you use and how do you ensure quality?

We employ a variety of state-of-the-art printing techniques, including Direct to Garment (DTG), UV Printing, and Sublimation, to ensure vibrant and durable results. Every item undergoes multiple levels of quality control to guarantee it meets our high standards. Additionally, if a product doesn’t meet expectations due to our error, shop owners are not charged for the replacement, ensuring peace of mind and satisfaction.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

We stand by the quality of our products. If an issue arises due to a printing error or incorrect item size sent on our part, we will handle the cost of a replacement or refund. For issues stemming from an error on the part of the shop owner or their customer, such as ordering the wrong size or design, the shop owner will be responsible for the costs associated with a refund or replacement.
